We would need additional information like what’s PHP version, and what’s plugin version are you using.

Also could you confirm if email is working fine on your site? You can confirm this by try reset password on /wp-login.php?action=lostpassword and see if the email is being correctly.

Can you try uncheck Async box?

• Go to Planner > Settings.
• Scroll down to the “Featured” area.
• Uncheck the box for “ASync Notifications”.
• Click “Save Changes”.
