it does send the encrypted mail to the operators
but it does NOT send the customized feedback mail to the user!

it does not even try.

any suggestions? i didnt found ANY documentation about this.

You are right, no mail is sent to the user. The plugin sends an encrypted mail to the admin only.

If you need more features, I suggest you our Pro version which now works with Gravity Forms available at http://wp2pgpmail.com
