Hello,
Greeting!
Loved With the support and all the features.
But Needed Help with SMS.

I’m Using WCFM for my multivendor e-commerce website I just wanna inform vendor and a custom phone number on new order I tried using post_author but it’s not working.
Only customers SMS are working perfectly!

Need Help.

Hello Chetan,

Thank you for contacting us.

For multivendor our plugin supports only two plugins as on today, Dokan Multivendor Marketplace and WC Marketplace.

We have never tested our plugin with WCFM plugin, Our plugin picks vendor contact number from billing_phone field, please cross check with WCFM team if they are using the wordpress default billing_phone field or not for saving vendors phone number.
