Notification when application with resume

Hi,

For Resume manager;

I am not receiving a notification to my email address if I “Allow candidates to apply to jobs which use the email application method using their online resume”.

I noticed that in the email notifications tab, the “Employer Notice of Application With Resume” option has a faded tick I can’t change and it doesn’t show an email address to send the notification to (unlike the section above it).

Can anyone help with this please?
