Notification when user is created through REST API

    Hi,

    I have 2 questions for 2 different use cases:

    1. I have some users that are created through the WP REST API. Normally, my notifications work well when the user is created internally. But there, the notification doesn’t work. How can I make it work?
    2. If I wanted to trigger a notification from an API call how would I do it? For example, I need to trigger a reset password notification.
