Not with BNFW, no but you might have some luck with this plugin. It doesn’t email you though.

Yes, I know the plugin activity log, but the function of sending emails does not work well and is very limited. I prefer BNFW for general announcements, although it has no notifications when a user logs. Awesome plug-in! Thanks Jack!
