Have you enabled the notification option from the setting?
if not then enable it and give the required setting details.
Restropress -> Settings -> General -> Order notification -> here you need to enable the notification and give the settings details.
After this let me know you have still the same issue.

Yes i did it. I think the problem, however, is when the strings are translated with loco.I saw here in the forum that other users have the same problem after translating into their language
