    Hi there,
    When I change the order status from ‘pending payment’ to ‘cancel’ the email notification doesn’t work for a customer but when change after ‘processing’ status works correctly.
    Could you help me?

    Hi there 👋

    Notifications that failed and canceled orders are only sent to the Admin, so you’ll need to use a plugin to take care of sending these notifications to the customer as well.
