Hi @davolh,
Thank you for reaching out.
Our plugin uses the BuddyPress notifications emails feature to notify when there is a new verify request. If you do not receive the Verify Member email, you might not receive other BuddyPress emails as well. For exemple, the registration email.
This issue can occur when your emails is either not send by your server -for instance, when mailing services are incorrectly set- or not received by your the destination email because of his mail client spam filter.

Unfortunately, this issue is related with BuddyPress. I’m afraid there is nothing we could do from our side.

Is there no way to make the notifications appear in the notification panel as appose to an email?
I’m afraid not. However, you can see all requests in Dashboard > Users > Verification Requests.

There is no information in the dashboard. Im also not receiving emails. Ive just tested my SMTP and its working fine
Hi @davolh,
You can see all the notifications emails in Dashboard > Emails. There is a notification related to Verified member:
- [
site.name] New verification request.
This email should be send to the administration email set in your site settings. Dont hesitate to install Email Tracker plugin. This plugin will track all emails sent from your site. If the notifications request is listed, you’ll know that the email is well sent.
Note that once the plugin is installed, you’ll have to request a verification badge from one of you user to generate the notification.
Concerning the numbers of your verification requests, I’m wondering if your website might not be spammed.
Best,
