Notifications not appearing

We have three email addresses which have always received notifications when a product has been purchased. This is not happening now, nor do the items appear on the Cart Orders, although the Paypal purchases are going through. The Send Email to Seller box is still ticked. Any idea what has happened?

Thank you for reaching out to us. Are you running the latest version 5.2.9 of our plugin? Are you using PayPal Smart Checkout? If you are, this is no longer supported. Please use the latest PayPal Commerce Platform (PPCP). The following documentation can help you.

Thanks for this – no, we weren’t using PPCP. I have enabled it but am up against my usual problem in that I’m not the owner iof the Paypal a/c, just the website maintainer and I can’t get in touch with the owner just now. I’ll get back as soon as I can get into the PP a/c.

Any feature that gets added to plugin is listed in the change log. When this new PayPal API option was added, it was highlighted in the change log of the plugin.
