Notify admin new registration/Customize form

1. When a person registers I am not notified, I do not receive an email to the admin address that i enter..How can i resolve this ?

1. I would like to know how to change the admin address that receives subscriber’s emails I have already tried in wordpress settings but it doesn’t work…

This is a little confusing, considering your first question. The admin address doesn’t receive subscriber’s emails. It does, however, receive notification of registration. However, if you’re not receiving notifications, then changing the address likely isn’t going to correct that since the problem isn’t likely to be the address.

2. How to customize the design of the form?
