Notify Agent Group?

I need to have a pre-assigned group of agents notified by email every time a ticket is updated (not just the currently-assigned agent). I think this might be possible with either the Powerpack, or Notifications premium add-ons, but need to know before purchasing as I am still evaluating Awesome Support.

Appreciate any experience/guidance.
