Hi oanhtran1804. Thanks for having a look at my plugin. Unfortunately those features sound like a security plugin instead of a redirection/404 plugin.
The “Wordfence” plugin and the “Secure WP” plugin already have the exact features you mentioned.
* block IPs based on too many 404 requests in a certain amount of time,
* manually specify certain IPs to be blocked,
* email the admin in case of an alert.
I would give those two plugins a try. It sounds like it’s exactly what you’re looking for.

1) Can you move your menu/setting/404-solution —to— menu/404-solution? Becuase your plugin is something need to open to see many time (Hidden under setting make me forget to check 404 solution sometime). Not just setting then done.
2) Can you add one more collum name: Country? Next to IP , so i don’t need to “check-my-ip” to see which country is it everytime
and collum: Avarta+Username (if member) or visitor (if none account)
3) Log detail. Can you add more filter option?
+ Avarta+Username (if member) or visitor (if none account)
+ Country
+ IP
+ range time
==> In simple website it is ok
==> BUt when website is big , few thousand visitor and hits everyday, and we started want to filter exactly detail will be issue. with filter solution will be great
