Looks like ratings are not properly retrieved. I suspect WP Cron is disabled on your site.
You have two options:
– Remove %rating% from the Item Format unit option.
– Uncheck the Now Retrieving Message unit option.
If you are converting the AALB outputs, you want to go to Dashboard -> Amazon Auto Links -> Settings -> Default. There, you find the above options.
Or if you have created a unit, then go to Dashboard -> Amazon Auto Links -> Manage Units -> Edit (of your unit). There, you can configure the unit options.

wp cron is not disabled, but I’m using cloudflare which might interfere.
I have no units setup so I’ve inserted comments around the %rating% seciton of the default display. It’s still ugly as can be, and while I understand you have carousel in your pro version, I’m not sold on the price to be honest, as your website does not make it clear if that’s one off or annually. As a hobby site, the earnings don’t support your price if that’s annually.

If removing %rating% does not remove that message or if inserted additional text do not appear, most likely you have a caching plugin activated and it’s showing the cache. I suggest you temporarily deactivate it while you work on some configurations.

commenting out the rating using html comments helped. Still ugly without the rotators. I might just shut the pages down.
