– now suddenly causing an error

Hi There,

I set up a website with wordpress back in august 2011 and everything has been fine, but now suddenly I get the following error whenever I edit a page or try to add a new page to the site:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function get() in /var/www/vhosts/mysite.co.uk/httpdocs/wp-content/themes/starkers-childtheme/page.php on line 18

On line 18 of page.php is <?php echo get(‘home_section_welcome’); ?>

This has worked fine until now, so do you know what on earth the problem is?
