Hello @b8europe !
I hope you’re doing great!
It looks like the DNS hasn’t been changed to actually use the CloudFlare’s nameservers for this site. You can check using https://www.whatsmydns.net/ and select the NS record type – if CloudFlare was configured correctly, it would show the nameservers from CloudFlare.
Just connecting CloudFlare to Hummingbird is not enough in this case – the connection will be made correctly, but for CloudFlare to work you need to use their nameservers so they can move the traffic through their servers.
To fix: please log in to CloudFlare’s dashboard and follow the instructions to set things up – those should be showing up on the main screen for that site.
Best regards,
Pawel
Hi Pawel, Thanks for the reply.
Cloudflare is provided to my by my hosting provider. My DNS for Cloudflare is managed by my hosting provider: cdn.transg.club which has a CNAME record to Cloudflare.
Normally I can add cdn.transg.club to a caching plugin. How do I do this with Hummingbird?
Cheers!
Hi @b8europe
I hope you are doing well.
I am afraid Hummingbird won’t do this level of integration,
The plugin integration works on caching level https://wpmudev.com/blog/hummingbird-cloudflare-integration/
APO level:
https://wpmudev.com/blog/cloudflare-apo/
https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/hummingbird/#cloudflare-integration
The Assets will be loaded from your local installation URLs
