I use the plugin in my localhost, but it not generate value.
Earlier i use public IP and the plugin works great, but when i change URL site to localhost (internal IP) all values changed to NULL value.
Is it require public IP or domain?

  • Hello,

Thank you for showing interest and using our plugin.

No, the plugin does not require a public IP. In fact we do the majority of testing on internal websites. Can you please send us a screenshot of what you are seeing and explain in more detail what you are changing?

Looking forward to hearing from you.

I have the latest veraion of plugin 2.5.7
I got the issue when i move the website from public IP to localhost (internal IP)
The website is working properly except your plugin. It’s start to give null values.
I will try to uninstall the plugin and reinstall..
I will let you know the results.

Yaayy it’s working. Uninstalling & reinstalling plugin solve the issue.
    Thank you.

    Hi,

I am glad you managed to solve the issue on your own and thank you for the explanation. Basically you were seeing the NULL values because the website’s IP address is used as reference by many alerts, and typically such value is not expected to change.

I am glad all is sorted and please do not hesitate to get in touch in case you have any further queries. Also, if you are using the plugin would appreciate if you can rate it.

    Have a good day.
