1) Can you please confirm on which post type is this issue happening? Is it a blog post, page or some custom post?
2) Does it happen for a specific post only or on all the posts?
3) Can you also confirm you are running the latest version of the plugin (2.6.8)?

P/S: I use wp super cache and cloudflare. Is it any issue?

When you update a blog post, can you see the revisions, as highlighted in this screenshot?

My website setting revision=0. So i guess it is issue.
==> THEN i create new sub-domain website and only active your plugin. But i still not see “revison” appear. And click here still “/null/
Hi i keep my setting disabled revison or none disabled for both case. Tested with “simple history plugin” ==> It work good to see the compare change without any wrong. But your plugin still /null
Thank you for the update. So the issue you are encountering is because our plugin uses the WordPress built-in revision to show the changes while Simple History uses its own functionality.
We will surely look into this further and see if it is worth including our own monitoring for this.
