Number Appears After URL

    I’ve google and saw that there might be something in the trash, but my trash is empty, so this shouldn’t cause the issue.

    It just adds a number at the end of the URL and I can’t remove it, no matter what.

    Can you please assist? Thank you!

    Hi,

    Yoast is not expected to be adding numbers at the end of a URL like on https://bluebuzzmusic.com/alesis-v49-review-3/. WordPress requires unique URLs for all content (such as posts, pages, images, files, pdfs, etc.; all content).

    What is most likely happening is that you have something with that exact same name: alesis-v49-review. WordPress sees this and then adds the numbers at the end.

    To resolve the issue we suggest reviewing your media folder to see if you have any thing with that same name. If you do you will need to rename it. It may require deleting files on your site and re-uploading them.
