hi i have a problem.
In the application form builder , i have created all of the type,but only number field didn’t show when i publish.
please help me solve the problem.thanks

Please download & use development version https://downloads.wp.xz.cn/plugin/apply-online.zip

It will be fixed in next plugin update.
