number_format() Error on plugin install page

    I am having an arbitrary error on the Plugin Install page in my WordPress backend.

    It says this:

    Warning: number_format() expects parameter 1 to be double, string given in /nfs/c09/h05/mnt/130518/domains/learntosurfplett.co.za/html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 155

    I have never seen this error before. If anyone can help me out, that would be great.

    I have disabled all running plugins.
    Disabled the theme.
