Hi,
+1 to this.
I am also getting the same warning now after updating to 3.8.1.
Warning: call_user_func_array() expects parameter 1 to be a valid callback, function ‘nxs_snap_pointer_admin_enqueue_scripts’ not found or invalid function name in /xxx/…/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php on line 298
The update process is starting. This process may take a while on some hosts, so please be patient.

However, it does not know whether it works properly.
I have not tested it.

Same here with the following error:
Warning: call_user_func_array() expects parameter 1 to be a valid callback, no array or string given in /home/my-site/public_html/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php on line 298
Please, solve it!
y() expects parameter 1 to be a valid callback, function ‘nxs_snap_pointer_admin_enqueue_scripts’ not found or invalid function name in /home/xyz/public_html/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php on line 298
I reverted to previous version, but lost my settings, in case somebody would try it.
array() expects parameter 1 to be a valid callback, function ‘nxs_snap_pointer_admin_enqueue_scripts’ not found or invalid function name in /home/mydomain/public_html/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php on line 298
Update with the fix for this issue will be released later today.
