I am trying to migrate to OAuth2 and think I have set up a new application… but get an error:

“Mendeley Plugin Error: Failed accessing Mendeley API: error setting certificate verify locations: CAfile: /usr/local/share/certs/ca-root-nss.crt CApath: none”

When attempting to access the plugin with caching off.

The error message behind “Failed accessing Mendeley API” is a string that was passed to the plugin from the Web-Library CURL – So, there seems to be a problem using HTTPS to access the Mendeley API server which is out of the scope of the plugin. Have you ensured that HTTPS is working on your server?
