“Obfuscate Author Slugs” no effect

I’ve set the “Obfuscate Author Slugs” in “Security” but the user is still visible under /wp-json/wp/v2/users (no caching plugins active).

@allbutone yes, the user is still visible, but the ‘slug’ is obfuscated, which is the purpose of enabling this module. So, normally, the ‘slug’ will show for example, ‘johndoe’, which is a security risk. With this module enabled, it will be obfuscated to something like ’77f2ce9e45ce4007′. I hope that answers your question.
