Obfuscating Email in Source Code?

Hello,
I installed the contact form via Jetpack which I think is based off this plugin. I read the source of the test form and saw my email address listed in the source in plain text. I disabled the form as I don’t want spam harvesters snagging my email address. Is there any way to hide the email address instead?
