Object and Database cache with Redis

    I have redis on my server and have configured W3 for redis on both object and database. However if I look at the page source I see 0/0 for object cache and nothing for database. Any ideas?

    I am sorry about the issue you are having and I am happy to assist you with this.
    There was a bug in the latest release when inspecting the element while object caching is enabled reporting shows the following:
    Object Caching 0/0 objects
    But when you enable Object Cache debug mode it shows correct stats.
    There is a fix in our GitHub public repository and you can check it out here.

    So is it actually caching the db and object with Redis and just not showing the correct stats?

    When do you expect to have this fix in a plugin update?

    Yes, that is correct. You can use the fix provided until the update comes out.
    I can not give you a specific date but we new update will be released soon and the fix will be implemented.
