Object cache: adding more items to "Non-persistent groups"

Hello,

I would like the Object Caching to skip (not to cache) the following Group:
“responsive_lightbox_settings:options”

I tried to add this line, as well as “responsive_lightbox_settings” inside the “Non-persistent groups” textarea field, but the W3TC anyway caches this element and brakes my “Responsive Lightbox” plugin.
