Regarding the object caching plugin, please utilize the “Exclude” option to exclude the specific URL. This should resolve the issue and allow everything to function correctly.
If the problem persists after making this adjustment, kindly create a support ticket, and we will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.

It is not possible to exclude specific URLs from object caching, as URLs themselves are not subject to object caching. Object caching, particularly with Redis, caches data like database queries and objects within the application rather than full pages or URLs.
The solution may involve excluding certain data or queries associated with the page from being cached, though this would require custom logic.
I suggest trying out Cloudways and deploying an app there. They offer a 3-day free trial (no credit card required), which you can use to troubleshoot the issue. Just ensure you deploy a server with Redis included (typically 4 GB and higher).
After the 3-day trial, if you don’t add a credit card, the server will simply be deleted.
If Redis does not work as expected in this setup, I may need to reconsider using your plugin, as I am aiming for the pro version and Redis object caching is crucial for my setup. I was just testing how the free version works.
