    Hi,

    when trying to create a shipping label for an order FROM germany TO Switzerland we get the following error:

    SOAP-ERROR: Encoding: object has no ‘customsValue’ property

    I can’t see where I can put a value neither on the product page nor on the order page.

    Do you know what am I missing here?

    What is the price of the individual items in this order? Are there any that are 0?

    Hi Shadi, perfect that was a good hint 😀

    I thought since the overall order was not zero, it didn’t make sense.
    Now it works!
