Obligatory form

Hi, I am a webdesigner and in one of my client’s sites I have included Events Manager for activity management.

They are asking me for the possibility to put obligatory fill-in-the-blank entries, such as first name, last name and telephone number, because some customers forgot to complete them and this made it difficult to track them down.
