    I would like to know how to remove the “Post a comment” from all the pages. I’m using the Obscura theme v 1.0.4 on WP 3.8.1

    Disable comments in WordPress settings.

    I’ve looked all over The dashboard and the setting and even after turning off the settings, The Post Comments are still there.
    This shows up on the home page and every page thereafter.

    Hi,

    I am having the same problem as the member above in that I have gone into the WordPress settings but it hasn’t disabled the comments box. Could you please help.

    Hi again,

    I have just found a solution from alchymyth, Sweeper and Moderator posted 3 years ago and it worked a treat:

    ‘quick-edit’ each page and untick the ‘allow comments’ box.
