Ocean extra plugin error

I justed update all my plugins and wordpress, but my site got a fatal error. It had something to do with the “Ocean extra” plugin. I deactivted it and i could then see my website, but without my header and footer.

I then went back and forth and somehow activated it again and i stopped getting the error, but now “My Library” in Dashboard is missing and both header and footer is out of proportion.

I really need it back to normal ASAP
Would really appreciate any sort of support!

Hello,

Please activate the ocean extra plugin, go to Theme Panel > SCripts & STyles, disable/enable all the files, and check.

If not resolved, go to Elementor > System Info and share the report with us so that we can take a look.

Hello,

Thank you for sharing the report.

Please activate the oceanwp theme, keep ocean extra enabled and disable all the nonocean plugin, and check if it is working or not. If yes, enable the one by one plugin, and refresh the page after enabling each plugin, to check the conflict issue.

If possible delete the plugin and install a fresh copy but before doing this please take a backup to avoid any mishappenings.

Hi.

When i activate OceanWP it says “The active theme is broken. Reverting to the default theme.”

Hello,

It seems some theme files are missing.
Please download the plugin and update using FTP or Cpanel and check.
