  • I had a similar problem. I had to disable all my plugins via FTP, then reactivate all the plugins except Oceans extra. I hope they resolve the issue soon!

Here’s a handy link to describe plugins:

Hello, if you enable WP_DEBUG, what is the error?

I have not enabled anything and I am not a technical guy. So, please help me fix the issue

Hi @arpittandon9, to help you I need to know what is the issue, and for that, you need to enable WP_DEBUG on your site so you will see an error instead of a 500 error and I will be able to fix it.
If you don’t know how to enable WP_DEBUG, ask your web host to do it for you, then send me the error here and I will release a new version ASAP 🙂

Hi @arpittandon9 and @wplivinista, I fixed the issue, update Ocean Extra to the 1.4.6 version when you will see the notification.
The issue was on the PHP 5.4 version which is a very old version, I strongly recommend you to upgrade to PHP 7.2 or at the very least PHP 5.6.
