    If I use free ocean wp theme in my commercial website then any copyright will be happen or not

    The syntax of your question makes its understanding rather confusing.

    Do you mean you want to amend the copyright text in the footer, if so, yes you can.

    If you meant something else, it’s probably best to re-phrase your question.

    Hello,

    If you want to remove the copyright text, then you do it. Go to Customize > Footer bottom and edit the text.
