OceanExtra not installing

Hello,

I am trying to create a custom header, and i´ve noticed my theme panel is not appearing.

I though it´s because of the OceanExtra plugin, which upon installing gives this error.

The plugin does not have a valid header.
Destination folder already exists.
Plugin installation failed.

How could I fix this?
