Odd — Can't Make "New" Form

Hello!
New Caldera fan here. But an odd thing has happened — I can click “new” and fill out info for a new form, but nothing happens after that– no new form appears in the forms list. I already have 2 forms on this site. Is there some sort of maximum number of forms with the free plugin? I did have a third test form and thought maybe that was why , so I deleted it and 2 remained but i still can’t generate a new one. Advice?
