Oddities with latest WPStaging

    In the last few versions WPStaging has changed dramatically for me. Even hard to describe!

    I open the staging site. Orange header appears. Everything appears to work correctly. I click “visit site”.

    First change is that no longer opens in a new tab and always did. I can force that. Second”most of the time” clicking links in the site brings me to the LIVE site as shown in the URL, not the staging site. It is then sometimes impossible to get back to the staging site dashboard. I have to close my browser, go to staging from my bookmark. Maybe even clear the cache.

    What has happened and how can I fix this? Known issues? Can I revert to a more stable version?

    I even deleted and recreated my staging site with no luck

    I found out why I go to the “live” site and it is two links at my site that causes this. Ironically, these are the two I use most often instinctively to check for issues. So that is not an issue.

    My remaining issue is one I have both at staging as well as live. I’ll mention just in case.

    I open my image galleries. Click one it opens. Go back to the page with all galleries, click another and it may or may not open. it could take a long time when it used to be instant. Additionally, if it does open instantly, returning to the galleries using the link back to that page might freeze.

    I have changed Endurance caching to none. Saved. Logged out and back and to level 2. Same issue. I have tried clearing the cache, log off and back. Same issue.

    Any ideas sincerely appreciated.

    I found the culprit and it is another plugin either conflicting with the galleries or WordPress 6.9.4. WP Staging has no issues now.
