Oembed_cache status has been changed

Hi guys,
in the last few days I have received a couple of unusual alerts – see below. The IP address points to Italy, which is where my traffic comes from, so, judging from other threads I have read on this topic, this is a benign alert. Is that so?
Is there a way to find a specific ID within a website? I can find the ID of an item, but not he item starting from the ID.
As an aside, I wonder why they searched for “http” and not “https”…
