What does “Issue is of nonce” mean?
When you say “Do the setup of the plugin again”, you mean completely delete it and reinstall it?
I’d have to set up my whole offer from scratch again.
Here’s a thought. I first installed this plugin on a staging site, which has a different subdomain from my live site. Is it possible that when I pushed the staging site to the live site, there was a configuration that was still using the staging site address and causing the error?

So don’t make any changes on your site you only deactivate the plugin and clear the cookies. Make new Upsell offers and try again.
If you have a staging site then you can test it with that also, if the issue is the same on both sites.
Is it possible that when I pushed the staging site to the live site, there was a configuration that was still using the staging site address and causing the error? >> It may be possible this is making offers expired, but we can’t confirm this without checking this.
Please check all these possibilities and if the issue is still not resolved then you can take help from support as we need to check this.
