    About 5-10% of my customers are emailing me saying that once they purchase my product, they see a screen that says “Offer Expired”. Now, in reality, the original purchase is successful, but they don’t know that, they think the purchase failed because they never see a confirmation page.

    Why does the “Offer Expired” screen appear? It seems like it is appearing inappropriately for my customers.

    As per your query, the issue is of nonce so please try to do the setup of the plugin again and clear the cookies also.

    What does “Issue is of nonce” mean?

    When you say “Do the setup of the plugin again”, you mean completely delete it and reinstall it?

    I’d have to set up my whole offer from scratch again.

    Here’s a thought. I first installed this plugin on a staging site, which has a different subdomain from my live site. Is it possible that when I pushed the staging site to the live site, there was a configuration that was still using the staging site address and causing the error?

    So don’t make any changes on your site you only deactivate the plugin and clear the cookies. Make new Upsell offers and try again.

    If you have a staging site then you can test it with that also, if the issue is the same on both sites.

    Please check all these possibilities and if the issue is still not resolved then you can take help from support as we need to check this.
