Offers and requests plugin

    Hi.

    For my local scouts group I am looking for a plugin that allows unregistered parents to submit items, they no longer need or have spare, to our site such as pans, cups, ropes, etc. Registered scout leaders must be able to reply to the offers.

    As a second feature, it would be great if leaders can make requests for items to which parents can reply that they have it spare.

    Is there any plugin that covers these 2 things? I tried a variety of plugins already, varying from lost-and-found plugins to ebay like plugins.
