In the settings for Software Applicate snippet type you have Offers control, and it is set to none, you need to change that, and add valid offers for that software purchase.

You need to add offers. When you switch that to Offers, underneath you have Add Offer button, click that, and fill in the offer information.
I have a similar problem, when I click the add offer button, nothing happens, no field for add offer is displayed.

Some apps are free, it is important to have the option of price 0
Right now, price 0 fails validation on Google, so it is not allowed. If that changes, I will update the plugin to reflect that.

Version 3.1.3 fixes issue with price ‘0’. But, I can’t reproduce the problem with duplicated offers in the data. Do you see the duplicated offers in the post editor only in the generated data?
