    Hi Edward,

    After enabling the plugin and setting up office 365, we receive emails but in an HTML source code format.

    When the plugin is disabled, everything works fine and HTML display correctly as expected. Do you know what the reason is for this and how can we fix it.

    We are using version 1.6.0 and WP version 5.7.1

  • Probably we have the same problem, even if no emails are sent to me at all, unless the test emails and they are in txt format.
    Could it be that the problem is due to an update on PHPMailer?

    Hi guys, so this is odd as it’s something I’d addressed in previous versions (confirmed by the user who raised the issue, and by my own previous tests sending HTML mail). I haven’t tried recently though. It could be a new issue based on changes made to my latest version of the plugin, so I’ll have to run some tests when I get a spare moment to investigate.

    This should now be resolved as of 1.7.0.

    I am still getting this problem with version 1.7.1.

    Any thoughts?
