@simplysaru I have raised multiple requests in this forum and every time I had to investigate and provide my own code fixes before I got any meaningful response from support.
I have zero hope the devs will implement the Checkout Journey events, despite this being bread and butter for any Analytics implementation. I will revise my review if this is implemented.
It is embarrassing that you guys compare yourself to platforms like Shopify.
