Official profile

Hi, and Happy New Year to all
not sure if this is a pro related thing so excuse me if i am doing wrong posting

When i click an official that profile looks bland and ugly is there a way to maybe make it look a team captain profile?

As you can see the official as this black area behind the image and no information boxes like captains

any help or advice appreciated
