offiste Redirect upgrade

I paid for the Offsite Redirect service so I could migrate my WordPress.com (links etc, etc,) over to my new ww.wp.xz.cn site. The problem is it is not working. All of my pictures and links from the.com site are broken on my .org site.

Can anyone enlighten me as to what the problem could be? I have looked at the documentation and I am still clueless. Could this be problem at the hosting company? Should I call them? I did see some passing reference to name-servers, but I am clueless about these as well.
Anyway, any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks…
