    Hi,

    I have installed the plugin and added the appropriate details.
    I can see 3 tabs, general, messages and premium.

    When I try and use live chat as a ‘customer’ it says “None of our operators are available at the moment. Please, try again later.”

    I don’t know why this is? I am logged in as admin

    Besides being logged as admin, have you opened the console window from your admin panel? (YITH Live Chat > Connect: this window has to be left open ;))
