    Hi,

    We’re using the plugin on our site. We won’t be online most of the time but we want to make it look like we are online. We don’t like the fact it comes up with a ‘Click here to chat’ when we are offline. We just want them to be able to enter in their details like we are online and ready to chat.

    Hi there @d3ll
    Unfortunately this is not currently possible. The only way you can do this is by leaving your chat dashboard open on your computer and enabling the setting that emails you every time there is a chat (so you can get some form of notification).
