Offline Donation – Nothing happens

    I’m using offline donations as a donation method however when someone donates using this method nothing happens.

    They are sent to a confirmation page but no email is sent or received by them or admin… and no record of the “pending” donation shows up in the backend.

    Please help.

    Hi @caitlinwynne – When they are on the confirmation page does it display the transaction information properly or is the receipt blank? Would you mind providing a link to your site?

    It provides all the transaction information correctly. But nothing appears in the backend. My site is http://stoponepunchcankill.org

    Hi @cailinwynne,

    For the emails, please try this plugin to test whether your site is sending emails correctly in general: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/check-email/

    Regarding the transactions, I would suggest disabling all other plugins, then test an Offline Donation again. If it works as expected, re-activate each plugin one by one and test again until you find the plugin causing the problem. Then let us know what that is so we can replicate that problem and find a workaround.

    If after you deactivate all the plugins and test and it still doesn’t work correctly, let us know where we can download your theme to test it.
