Offline message require name

    I’d like require input of name when leaving offline message. On general setting page, I deleted ‘Guest’ from ‘Default visitor name’, but it came back after I click save settings.
    How to require name and email when sending offline message? Thank you.

    Hi there,

    Thank you for getting in touch with us and apologize for the delay in response.

    Name and email input fields in offline message are required by default. When one of those fields is empty popup warning should open.

    By default Default visitor name field saves default value Guest if the field is empty. If you would like to remove default name you need to change one line in wp-live-chat-support.php file. Please let me know if you are comfortable with PHP so I’ll send you changes you need.

    As a workaround, I changed ‘Default visitor name’ from ‘Guest’ to ‘Name’ on general setting page.
    You may post the change if you would like to. I can handle code hacking.

    Could you please confirm that you need those changes in plugin file? Please note that you will lost all changes after next plugin release.
