    I’m running a ticket sale with offline and PayPal-payment.

    The users who opt for the offline option are somewhat confused as there isn’t an order confirmation page. After setting the payment option to “offline” and clicking the “check the cart”-button the system show a page informing the user that the cart is empty. From a technical point of view this message is quite correct as the order has gone through. The user however isn’t aware that the booking has been completed. In most cases this results in a double booking as they repeat the whole buying process.

    I’m quite stumped by this. I seem to be unable to set an order confirmation text or page.

    Is there anybody who can help me and point me in the right direction?

    What is the URL of the page shown following the offline payment cart submission?

    There *is* a confirmation message, and you should be seeing it. Are your users seeing the confirmation message after a PayPal purchase, but not after offline payment submission?

    The cart-page is shown.

    I’m unsure about the page that is shown after the Paypal transaction. The sale is currently active so I’m unable to switch to test-mode.

    What page should I expect to see? Is there a way to check this in the backend? Is there a setting that could be wrong?

    The cart page is the right page; but what is the URL? There should be parameters on the URL that indicate what message to show. If they’re missing, that’s the source of the problem.

    There are indeed no parameters just the name of the page follow by a “\”

    Do you have any ideas about the possible cause for this issue?

    ps: I’m on a multisite wordpress installation with a domainname mapping to the ticket-site.

    Can you submit a support request from My Tickets > Help? I could use some more information.
